The grilled cheese chain is on the rise; this August, it was listed as one of Inc.’s 5,000 fastest-growing private companies in America. That same month, Melt opened its 10th unit, one of its largest locations to date. The full-service restaurant is about 6,000 square feet with seating for 270 diners. As it grows, the chain has launched different social media efforts, most recently asking fans to use its “Melfie” filter on Snapchat for the chance to win a gift card.
