Clark Unveils FoodTracker Software Upgrade

ELK GROVE, IL. - Clark National, Inc., an ID Top 50 broadline foodservice and paper jan/san specialist here, released today version 2.0 of its FoodTracker Food Cost Management software.

Clark's FoodTracker software program was developed internally with the assistance of Alan Sprintz, one of Clark's independent operator customers. "FoodTracker enables independent operators to access a turn-key software program to manage food cost and tailor their menus to emphasize more profitable item." according to Donald D. Hindman, president and ceo.

Version 2.0 integrates to Clark's back-office system, automatically uploading the customer's pricing and items into the menu planning program without the need to manually enter those items.

of Clark’s HELPS program for operators in the April 9 edition of ID Report
