Linking a restaurant's name to the summer playground of the rich and famous connects with guests even as far away as Denver, where The Hampton Social recently opened its newest location. With its "Rose All Day" theme and vibe to match, the full-service concept is a magnet for Millennial brunchers or anyone who wants to escape the day-to-day grind for a few hours in a beachy environment. Lunch, dinner and happy hour menus are offered along with brunch, with a focus on seafood and shareables.Parker Hospitality opened its first The Hampton Social in Chicago, and has since expanded to three locations. The casual-dining concept has planted its flag in suburban Chicago, Nashville, and Miami, Orlando, Del Ray Beach and Naples, Florida, along with Denver. Atlanta and Dallas are in the works. All have airy, coastal-style interiors with the new Denver restaurant soaring two stories and measuring 7,800 square feet with indoor and outdoor dining areas and a 360-degree bar.
