The Henry models itself after a neighborhood restaurant and caters to a variety of dayparts and occasions, from morning coffee to happy hour cocktails and dinner. Described as a "modern ode to Gatsby-era grace," restaurants feature open dining areas and a mix of classical and industrial design. The Henry has five restaurants in Arizona, California, Florida and Texas. It's the second chain from Fox Restaurant Concepts on the Future 50 this year.
