The chain opened another 13 restaurants and operates 36 locations, generating nearly $32 million in system sales, up 58.5%. The brand is known for a signature sweet cream, called "Moon Milk," in its lattes and a wood-fired roasting process that the company says gives its coffee a more distinct flavor.
